He began his career in India at Tata Motors and Bajaj Auto before joining Daimler AG, where he held key roles in India, Singapore, and Malaysia, driving supplier development and global sourcing strategies.

At Daimler, Noshir managed localization for Southeast Asian markets and supported procurement operations across multiple ASEAN countries.

Later, at Volkswagen, he continued his leadership in supplier management, working extensively in Thailand and India before relocating to Germany.
