We source our suppliers through a combination of sourcing platforms, registries, proprietary data, and personal research conducted by our regional offices in Southeast Asia, India, and Japan. The combination of these tools differs in each project and also depends on the constraints defined together with our clients and their stakeholders.

Our Sourcing Project typically take 3 months, including Project Kick Off, Strategy Definition, Sourcing Execution, Supplier Inspections and Contract Definition.
GetAhead calculates the total procurement project costs based on the agreed spectrum of parts and work effort spent on each project milestone. As buyers, we believe in making all costs transparent upfront and apply the same principle to our own projects.
